Last week, my cousin sister told me that she loves the werewolf in Twilight: New Moon.  Not the fury animal, but the actor she was talking about, but Taylor Lautner (Jacob) who has spent most of his screen time shirtless showing his well toned muscles and 6-pack abs.  Coincidentally, one of the blog readers (Rodrigo) have also suggested me to have a go on the topic on how Taylor Lautner built his body.
